Privacy Policy

How LabelPico handles browser-side processing, your files, local storage, hosting data, cookies, analytics, advertising, and your privacy rights.

Who we are and how to contact us

LabelPico ("we", "us") operates this website and the free QR code, barcode, bulk generation, and label tools available on it. The operator is established in India. This policy explains what happens to information when you use the site. It applies to labelpico.com and its subdomains. Effective date: 14 October 2026. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

The short version

The tools run entirely in your browser. We have no user accounts, no application database, and no way to read the codes, files, or labels you create. We do use a hosting provider to serve the site, a cookieless analytics service to count visits, and — when advertising is enabled — Google AdSense to display ads. You can use every tool with analytics and advertising blocked.

Code content and files stay in your browser

Everything you type or upload — code values, spreadsheet files, uploaded logos, camera frames, and label designs — is processed locally by your own browser using JavaScript. None of it is transmitted to us. There is no upload endpoint and no server-side storage of your content. Files you download remain on your device. When you close the page, that working data is discarded by the browser in the normal way.

Content saved on your device

If you choose to save a label template, or toggle the light and dark theme, the site stores that locally using your browser’s local storage. Label templates may contain text and images you added, so avoid saving anything confidential on a shared or public computer. Nothing in local storage is sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

Hosting and technical data

This site is served by Cloudflare. As with any website, loading a page causes your browser to send ordinary technical information to the host, including your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and the time of the request. Cloudflare processes this as part of delivering and protecting the site, under its own privacy terms. This happens regardless of the tools being browser-based.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages are popular. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites, build a personal profile, or fingerprint you for advertising. It reports aggregate figures only. You can block it with any content blocker, and every tool on this site will continue to work normally.

Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, ads are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve, measure, and limit ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Where the law requires it, a consent message is shown before any non-essential advertising cookie is set, and personalised advertising is not used until you consent.

Cookies we use

We do not set cookies for the tools themselves. Cookies on this site, when present, come from advertising. Our analytics is cookieless by design, and your theme preference and saved templates use local storage rather than cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking them does not stop the tools from working.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Where Indian law applies, this includes the rights available under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Because we hold no accounts and no record of your code content, we usually hold nothing about you to act on beyond what our analytics and hosting provider collect in aggregate. To exercise a right or raise a grievance, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The tools require no registration and ask for no personal details.

How long we keep information

We operate no user database, so there is no personal profile to retain. Aggregate analytics figures and hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare according to its standard retention periods. Locally stored preferences and templates remain on your device until you clear them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the revised policy published on this page. Material changes will be described on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
