Bulk QR Code Generator
Create hundreds of static QR codes from a local spreadsheet. Map text, URL, Wi-Fi, or contact fields and export ZIP files or physical-size PDF sheets.
1. Bring your data
CSV or XLSX • Up to 1,000 rows • Under 10 MB • Nothing uploaded
Not sure where to start?
Download a ready-to-use spreadsheet with the columns we expect — barcode value, SKU, product name, price, quantity and a custom text field. Replace the example rows with your own and import it back.
0012345 lose their leading zeros when Excel treats a column as a number. Format the barcode column as Text in Excel before typing or pasting values, or prefix them with an apostrophe. Both sample files above already do this. Zeros that Excel has removed cannot be recovered from the exported cell.Or create sequential numeric values
For EAN / UPC / ITF, start with data digits without a check digit. Always use identifiers you are entitled to use.
Build a local QR batch
Use a content column for plain text or complete URLs. For Wi-Fi and contact cards, map each payload field to its spreadsheet header. Security values should be WPA, WEP, or nopass; hidden should be true or false. Keep contact fields concise and test your first six previews.
Choose color, size, correction, and an optional logo, then export SVG files or PDF label sheets. Every QR code is static. File limits protect browser memory; your spreadsheet is never uploaded.
Is LabelPico really free?
Yes. All available tools work without accounts, payments, or watermarks. There are no paid upgrades. Safety limits exist only to protect browser memory and responsiveness.
Do static QR codes expire?
No service expiry is built into a static QR code. Its encoded content cannot change, but a linked website or other destination can stop working.
Which files can I download?
Individual codes support PNG, SVG, and PDF. Bulk tools provide ZIP archives of SVGs and PDF sheets. Label templates can be exported as JSON.
Are Excel and CSV files uploaded?
No. Files are read and processed locally in your browser. Do not store sensitive information in shared-device templates.
