Agreement and effective date
These terms govern your use of LabelPico, including labelpico.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Effective date: 14 October 2026. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
The Service
LabelPico provides free browser-based tools for generating QR codes and barcodes, processing spreadsheets in bulk, designing and printing labels, and reading codes with a camera. The Service requires no account, adds no watermark, and imposes no charge. Processing happens in your browser, and we do not store your content.
Using the Service lawfully
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are entitled to use. You must not use it to create deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful codes, including phishing or spoofing links, counterfeit or misappropriated product identifiers, or any material that infringes the rights of another person. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Your content and your responsibility
You retain all rights to the content you enter and the codes and labels you generate. You are solely responsible for that content, for holding the necessary rights to any logos or images you use, and for how the output is used, distributed, or printed. Do not enter confidential information on a device you do not control.
Product identifiers and GS1
Generating a barcode image does not register, assign, or transfer ownership of any GTIN, UPC, EAN, or other product identifier, and it does not prove that you may use a given number. Where a valid identifier is required — for example to sell through a retailer — you must obtain it through the relevant authority such as GS1, and comply with the receiving party’s label standards.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and written content, is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding, logos, or content beyond what is needed to use the Service. The codes, labels, and files you generate are yours to use as you see fit.
Availability, changes, and limits
The Service is provided free of charge and without any service-level commitment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including adding or adjusting technical limits that exist to keep the browser responsive. Results also depend on factors outside our control, such as browser memory, camera hardware, printers, and third-party destination services.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, that a code will scan on every device, that a printed result will meet a particular standard, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always verify important output independently before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LabelPico and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when we do, and the updated terms will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
